By using the term
cheap
stun guns we are not referring to inexpensive junk
technology that has been unproven to stop an out of
control attacker. What we mean is that these non-lethal
weapons are low-priced and affordable. These low-priced
stunners begin at 80,000 volt and run on a simple 9-volt
battery, although for better results we recommend higher
levels of volts.
Cheap
stun guns use the high voltage pulse and low amperage to
temporarily disable an assailant as the more expensive
models. The result of one of these jolts is instant
fatigue, disorientation and a loss of balance, giving
you enough to time to make a safe escape. These
so-called cheap stun guns are affordable self defense
weapons (as opposed to
TASERs
starting at around $300.
