the amounts of OC%
(oleoresin capsicum)
and SHU or Scoville Heat Units it contains. The
percentage of OC on the package —10%, 15% — tells you
how much OC is included relative to the other
ingredients such as dyes, propellant, etc., while the
SHU measure tells you how hot the spray is.
