Is it Legal to Use a Personal Protection Product?

Possession of a TASER or Stun Gun is not prohibited in most states and using one for the purpose of self defense can be legal, but you must check your laws before you make a purchase. (Using a personal protection product while committing a crime, however, is a felony in many jurisdictions.)

Both Stun Guns and TASERs are less-lethal electronic devices that deliver a high voltage yet low amperage shock to an attacker. TASERs are sold to adults over the age of 18 and the company requires registration information.
