. A
phone dialer can either be a stand-alone device such as
the
ED-1010
Automatic Phone Dialer, or one can be
part of integrated
Wireless Home Alarm System
(SC1000)
Either of these types
of dial alerts can be triggered by an individual who
presses a button located on the dialer’s keypad, or on a
Panic Transmitter or
Keychain Transmitter. The device will call up to 9
emergency call numbers that have been pre-programmed
into the system.
A Phone Dialer Will Save
Your Hundreds of Dollars
The
phone dialer has numerous advantages over purchasing a
contract from a monitoring company. The equipment is
owned
by you and is self-installed (versus an alarm company
that rents you the device but still has you install
it!). But the best feature is the low cost. Monitoring
by Life Alert or other types of senior assistance
companies will cost $350 to $500 or more per year and
all require you to a sign lengthy contract! A phone
dialer costs a fraction of that, or about three
months’ worth. Why pay more? You will own your own
equipment and be able to customize your dial alert to
phone 911 or a caregiver directly for assistance. |
