Shop as if you were going to make your purchase
with a credit card online. Add the items that you would like to purchase into your
shopping cart by clicking the "ADD' button under the item(s) that you
would like to purchase.When you are finished making your purchase click on the
'View Your Shopping Cart or Buy 'button.
Fill out
the form in your shopping cart with your name, address, email address and
phone number. When you are finished click the 'Submit' button
located at the bottom of the page.
After clicking the 'Submit' button you will be taken to the next page,
it will list all of the items that you would like to purchase, your name and
the shipping address. Now go to
the "Please Provide Payment
Information"
section,
scroll down the method of payment menu and
select
Mail or Fax Payment

Once the method of payment has
been selected go directly to the bottom of the
page and click on the 'Submit' button and it
will take you to the "Thank You For Your order
page". At this point your order form will be
complete. A copy of your order will be sent to us and we will also email
you a copy. We will then box your order and have it all ready to
go. Now all you have to do is send us check or money order.
Print
out 2 copies and keep one for yourself as a receipt. Put the other copy
in an envelope with your check, money order or credit card number

Faxing in your order
